For bookings made prior to December 11, 2024, simply log into your rewards account, choose your booking from the My Cruises section, and selection Manage My Cruise. Once you are in My Cruise Reservation, you will be able to access your booking using your confirmation number, email address, and last name. Choose Redeem Bonus Offer once you have logged in and you are on your way!
Not sure what your confirmation number is? No problem - you will be able to email yourself a copy of your booking confirmation from the log in screen.
In order to select your Onboard Credit, VISA Prepaid Card or Cash Back, you must fill out the Bonus Offer redemption form at least 21 days prior to departure.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation with your selection, and your chosen Bonus Offer will appear on your book confirmation approximately 21 days prior to departure.
You will receive your Bonus Offer as follows:
- Onboard Credit: applied to your cruise line account on the day of embarkation
- VISA Prepaid Card: emailed to lead passengers email address on file approximately 4-6 weeks after departure date.
- Cash Back: credited to the card on file within 4-6 weeks post-travel. You must spend equivalent amount onboard to qualify for the cash back. This is a call only offer for new bookings made on or after April 24, 2023.
The bonus amount you receive depends on your total cruise cost found on your booking confirmation. Amount may not exceed 10% of your cruise price shown on your booking confirmation and may vary based on the exclusive offer you choose.
