The refund will be returned to the card used to book the cruise. If the card is expired or no longer valid, contact the bank where the card was issued for further information. Please note, cruise lines are processing refunds as quickly as possible, and you should receive your refund in about 90 days from the time you submit a request for a refund.
If you have not submitted the request for a refund, please visit Take Action on a Cancelled Sailing to submit the form to request a refund with the cruise line. If you have already submitted the form there is no need to submit it again.
