As you may be aware COVID-19 has made travel exceedingly complicated. As a result Oceania has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend operations of their vessels through April 11, 2020. For those guests whose cruise falls within this window of suspended operations guest have 2 choices. All guests on impacted voyages will receive a 125% refund of the fare paid in the form of a future cruise credit, which can be applied toward any future cruise through December 31, 2022. For guests who wish to not avail themselves of the 125% future cruise credit, a 100% refund of the fare paid will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 90 days of guests’ request.
As of March 21 we will be processing all refunds as a Future Cruise Credit. Again there is no need to call to confirm your cancellation.
